Every home is unique, but most of our clients invest $1,500–$3,000 for their complete custom Christmas light installation, which includes design, installation, maintenance, removal, and storage. Our minimum project size is $800.






To ensure a professional, consistent result, we only install our own commercial-grade LED holiday lighting and materials. This allows us to guarantee your display will shine bright all season long, stay safely secured, and maintain a clean, designer look year after year.






We’ve got you covered. Every professional installation includes season-long maintenance at no extra charge. If a bulb goes out or something shifts, our team will promptly return to fix it — so your display stays flawless and worry-free.






Our holiday lighting installations begin as early as September, with removals scheduled in January. Booking early ensures your preferred installation date and allows us to complete your lighting design before the peak season rush.

    I’ve had solar panels on my home for about 20 years now, and honestly, I never thought much about maintaining them. You might think, “How could you not clean your panels for two decades—are you crazy?” Well, maybe a little, but truthfully I just never realized how important it was for performance. Recently, my electricity rates went way up, and I couldn’t figure out why. It never even crossed my mind that the panels might not be working at their best. One day, I wasn’t even searching for solar panel cleaning services—I was just grabbing food at In-N-Out when I noticed an Elite Shine Property truck. Something in me said, “Take a picture, reach out later.” And that’s where this review really begins.From the first conversation, the team was incredibly kind, professional, and transparent. I’ll admit, I didn’t shop around, so I had no clue what the “going rate” for panel cleaning was. But they walked me through their process step by step, explained everything clearly, and even offered to bundle in a gutter cleaning for September.When they came out today, we actually tested my solar output through the app before and after cleaning.
